Mission Energy For One World Foundation

Voluntary Service

How You Can Contribute:

  • Research & Development: Help gather “intelligence” and co-develop campaign plans on focussed and targeted audiences, projects, initiatives and programs 
  • Event Support: Assist with arranging for speaker engagements, events, outreach and attendance at conferences
  • Content Creation: campaign, theme, topic- authors, creative artists
  • Communications: Support and help aggregate content creation and outreach efforts
  • Office Assistance: Help and facilitate EFOW Office, Administration and outreach

Skills and Affinity Needed: Energy sector experience, sustainable development knowledge, communications, research, and event management.

Time Commitment: Project-based (2-3 months), part-time (5-10 hours weekly), or full-time immersive experiences.

Partnering or Sharing of Expertise

Partnership Opportunities:

  • Knowledge Exchange: Collaborate on campaign research,  initiatives,  outreach, and media publications
  • Promotion & Facilities: e.g. offering free travel/ accommodation services, event attendance, hosting, (new) office locations at (new) sites, media  & print, etc. etc.
  • (Business) Opportunity Partners: (presently confidential, but think sponsoring parties who can underwrite our worldview, narrative and working approach)
  • But this can also be with e.g. NGOs and Peace and Environmental Movement (e.g. Jeffrey Sachs UNSDSN,  Pope Francis Laudato Si, Fratelli Tutti) – who see merit to support  “the EFOW narrative” with their own (. And for the sole purpose of the Common Good!)
  • Supporting the growth and establishment of the Mission EFOW Foundation.

Who Should Partner: Energy companies, financial institutions, UN- and National/ International Government agencies, NGOs, Consultants, International organizations, Academics,  Conferences and Affiliated organisations.

Advocacy and Fellows 

(Step-up Leadership, Mission Position)

Ways to Step-Up in Advocacy/ Fellow:

  • Spread Awareness: Share EFOW’s message within your networks
  • Represent EFOW Experiences and Values: Embody bridge-building and systems thinking principles, including our leadership values.
  • Engage Decision-Makers: Represent EFOW Mission and connect with influential stakeholders
  • Content Creation: Develop articles (with EFOW) and campaign plans
  • The value of Our Mission, Goals and Organisation are fully dependent on our established Leadership Credentials, Life Experiences and Values. In order to grow into the role of Advocacy – or Fellow-  a small mutual learning, familiarization period may have to be taken- perhaps best in a voluntary role. 
  • We take great care for our Mission Purpose, People and Health of our Organisation and its Development.
  • To Become an Advocate: Familiarize yourself with our mission and contact us to discuss specific advocacy opportunities.

Financial support is presently the most critical way to advance Energy For One World’s Mission of bringing “the Good Future Making/Focus on the Essentials” into the (energy) industry, relevant stakeholders and our  world, and building bridges across sectors and borders.
